Well, I cut a deal for the car and it drove like a beaut all the way home. In the coming weeks, I hope to de-rice-ify it and fix some of the cosmetic issues with it, and may post a series of posts to that effect.

As you can see, someone less taste than I (not saying much) has, erm, tuned the car. The headlights and tail lights are tinted, the calipers are red, there is that garish black stripe, and the fog lights are yellow. To prevent undue attention from the authorities, I hope to correct all of these things in the coming summer, and with any luck, will have a sane and enjoyable car to drive for years to come.

You mean the fog lights are actually fog lights?

I actually would have liked the stripe if it was a consistent width...

It was probably just yellow film which doesn’t come close to real yellow bulbs.

Eh the stripe is a bit... Loud for me. Plus it’s terribly executed, so it has to go. And I’m not sure yet, maybe they are?

roof just looks a bit skinnier than trunk/spoiler. I have to say I’m impressed they actually did it under the spoiler that’s typically the first cheat move haha
